To do this, we keep a large stock of spare parts, hardware, software, accessories and peripherals from some of the world's most renowned brands and manufacturers such as Acer, HP and Toshiba.

    To help us to speed up the process, please have the following important information at hand when requesting prices and availability of parts:

    Acer parts

    • Model name (e.g. Aspire, Travelmate, Extensa, Veriton, Power)
    • Model number (e.g. 5610)
    • SNID number (usually 8 digits long on a white sticker located on the base of your machine)
    • Serial number (usually 22 digits long on white sticker located on the base of your machine)

    Toshiba parts 

    • Model name (e.g. Satellite, Satellite Pro, Tecra, Portege)
    • Model number (e.g. PSPCDA-01L00)
    • Serial number (e.g. 29567032Q)

    HP Parts

    • Product name (e.g. Pavilion, Presario etc.)
    • Product number (e.g. dv2500)
    • Part number (e.g. GP300PA#ABG)
    • Serial number (e.g. 29567032Q)

    AC adapters

    If you require an AC adapter, we need to know whether the tip colour that plugs into your computer is yellow (19V, 3.42A) or blue (19V, 4.74A) and for power cords, please let us know whether your current cord has 2 pins or 3 pins.


    To enable us to quickly source the correct mainboard for your computer, please check the number on the white sticker on top of your memory stick. This number usually starts with 'MB' and we need the first 10 digits (for example, if the number stated is MBTK201001456734, we need the first 10 characters: MB.TK201.001).


    If you would like parts to be posted out to you directly, there is a freight charge of $16.50 including GST. Alternatively to avoid a freight charge, you can pick up your items from our workshop.
